Seriously, I think what you have ordered wasn't their best food, therefore, it might be below average. And I admitted Wong Kok has one of the worst service ever, so I'm not feeling weird if you rated it so low. Anyway, for the best Hong Kong style restaurant, Gary Kim is the one, especially Sunway Pyramid outlet. Simply the best.
