It was one of those nights that I brave the horrendous KL traffic for the sake of some ice creams, specifically, the Magnum Ice Creams! With Xandria Ooi hosting, the guys at Unilever’s teased us with 2 new flavors for the Malaysian market. Nope, we won’t be able to get these in the market yet but the lucky few of us managed to get our hands on them.
The location of the Magnum Preview Party? Renoma Cafe in KL. I must admit, until this event, I didn’t know the place existed. Well, there’s always a first right? And what better time to experience the place than on a day where some sweet stuff get launched!
The 2 flavors that was launched? The Magnum Chocolate Brownie and the Magnum Chocolate & Strawberry. Both very sweet stuff which I truly enjoyed. So much so that I had 8 of them that night, a bunch of us headed off to have some tea after the party but I was so stuffed with ice cream that I couldn’t have any!
For the Magnum Ice Cream fans, I was told by a sweetie that these 2 new flavors might hit the store for Chinese New Year, she might be wrong but what better way to find out than to go and check it out. Right?
