Super GT International Series Malaysia 2011 – Photos from the Race Day

Weider Honda Racing captured their first victory of the season, and also the first for a Honda this season, after near flawless performances from drivers Takashi Kogure and Loic Duval here at Round 3 of the 2011 AUTOBACS SUPER GT held at the Sepang International Circuit today.

While the BMW Z4 GT3 of GSR&Studie with TeamUKYO took top honours, also from pole, in a nail biting finish which almost saw the second placed Ferrari 458 of Team JIMGAINER overtake on a number of occasions in the last few laps. Nobuteru Taniguchi, the first driver for the team, opened up a healthy lead, but second driver Taku Bamba had to endure several nervous moments before eventually taking the chequered flag. DJ Coollen Grind Video

Aside from snapping photos at the Skate Park, I also managed to grab a short video of him Grinding down some rails. Ain’t the best editing in the world as I’m still not used to shooting video with a dSLR as I’m more used to the P1s. Blaming it on my work in the broadcasting industry where we are so used to lugging around a big video camera on our shoulders instead of using a smaller dSLR.

Gary Neville Testimonial: The Reunion of Class of ’92

Gary Alexander Neville (born 18 February 1975), England‘s most capped right-back and Manchester United‘s former club captain for five years finally hung up his boot and retires from the game senior debut for United in September 1992 against Torpedo Moscow in the UEFA Cup.

He comes from a rare breed of One-Club man having spend his entire playing career at Old Trafford and is the 2nd longest serving player in the squad behind Ryan Giggs. He made his international debut in 1995 and was first-choice right-back for club and country for more than ten years. (more…)

Justin Bieber meets Stone Cold Steve Austin

This is by far the best video I’ve seen today that gave put a grin to my face. Check it out and I’m sure you’d like it as much as I do.

Watching this animation makes me wonder whatever happened to Stone Cold Steve Austin? According to Wikipedia, he is still actively involved in WWE but I’ve not seen him in action for quite some time.
