Was invited to MOS’ EUPHORIA at Sunway Lagoon Resort for their VVIP Launch Party where the big wig of Sunway showed up to give a short speech and Jungle Jerry got everyone down to party.

(L-R: DJ Patrick Oliver from MOS USA, Carlos from MOS USA, Me, DJ Victor G)
At 9, the gate opened and the crowd poured in, DJ Patrick Oliver got onto the deck and the party got started with booze flowing non stop from the bar to everyone’s hands. After all, it’s FREE!

DJ Victor G took over after the formalities of officiating the club byTan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah and launch performances. It was madness and of course, there’s the usual camwhoring session going on throughout the whole night. A good night indeed as I get the chance to meet up with some old school mates as well at the venue.

Some of me male friends that was there. (at least I post up photos of guys as well right?)
These are some of the photos from the launch. Read the rest of this entry »

Thanks to Nuffnang, we got ourselves some VIP passes to the Hennessy Artistry party @ Aloha yesterday. And what a party it was, with free flow of drinks and some performance by Point Blanc and Bangkok Invaders and VJ Callen.
Ain’t going to talk much about the party, instead, here’s some photos from last night. Not all the photos will be here though, click on the link below for the rest of the photos.

Was talking to Dennis Lau the Violinist about this event for the past week as he was asking me if I’m going. Told him that my priority was the Marie Digby show @ 1u and if I’m done early, then I’ll come over.

Well, by the time I was done at 1U, it was already 10pm and with Yennie calling me up and asking if I’m going over, I decide to just pop on by to say hi and see what’s going on.

After all, The Curve is on my way home. No harm just dropping by even if it’s awhile right? Apart from Dennis and Yennie, also bumped into Diana, the woman you should know if you want to break into the entertainment industry as an actor/model/singer.

One of the act that I manage to catch was Estranged as they performed about 3 songs to end the night. As for me, had a couple of beers before I end it a night. Took some photos and you can find them here.

The 2nd Malaysia World Latin Salsa Congress 2008 kicked off with a bang with a Fun and Dance filled Press Conference held at Salsa Havana, KL. The Cuban Embassador was there to grace the event with short sweet speech to officiate the whole event. This is a change compared to some of the local VIPs speech which could last for hours (That’s how it felt like).

The Cuban Ambassador to Malaysia.
Of course, we also had Martin Reyes of Salsa Havana KL to give his take on the Salsa Congress in April. Huge crowd will be expect on the 18th - 21st April so if you’ve not registered yet do hurry up. Drop me a message to find out more about the prices and the registration forms.

Apart from the speeches, it’s never complete without Salsa Performances for a Salsa related event, right? That’s where we had the Ritmo Latino’s dance team performing…

After the performance, there’s of course the usual mingling around and party. Want to check out the action? click here.
