It’s 1 week to the Formula 1 Race in Singapore. Not sure about you but I’m excited about it. Having been to the one in Sepang, I’d love to experience the race in another country, in this case, it’s Singapore!

I’ve been working like a dawg lately as there’s bills to pay and all that mumbo jumbo but at the moment, I am enjoying what I do. I guess that’s the only way to enjoy work, by doing what we like to do so we don’t complain so much. Right? (more…)

Marina Bay in the Evening

One of the places I checked out when I’m in Singapore was the Marina Bay area. The very ground where the Singapore GP is held since last year (2008). The Merlion Park was packed with tourists.

This is really interesting, over the past 2 to 3 weeks, we’ve seen heavy publicity for the Party @ The Float in Singapore Marina’s Bay but with a week to go for the big event, now we see it being canceled.

I thought Singaporeans are a partying bunch? I guess everyone’s affected by the recent financial crisis that hits the World huh. I was actually looking forward to that party as I wonder how it will be like especially with all the heavy publicity and promotion on TV. I guess those that’s already made plans for the party will have to start making other arrangements eh. As for myself, you’d just have to wait and see where I’ll be celebrating my New Year. (more…)
