Post Show: Russell Peters Notorious 2012 World Tour – Malaysia Edition

Just got back from the Russell Peters Notorious World Tour 2012′s 1st show (which in actual fact is the 2nd show but happened on a day before the actual 1st show was supposed to be held.). All I can say is, Russell Peters was fantastic and he totally killed it! All new jokes this time around so don’t expect the “BE A MAN!” unless he decides to pull one off on the Saturday show.

Together with AshleyEv3, we reached the venue at 7.30pm even though we left Subang (which is just around the corner) an hour earlier. Waited a while more for Linora and date to arrive. Managed to bump into the lovely couple, Nigel and Kel Li and caught up with the latest happening that they are involved in and also the opportunities to explore further in some upcoming projects. Donate 2012 Day Out with Charity Homes & Blood Donation Drive

Some of you may know by now that for a month after Chinese New Year, I was running a donation drive simply titled #MyDonate2012 on this site with the finale being a day out with the children from the SHELTER home and BETH SHALOM. That day finally came and I met with some of the volunteers for breakfast before we head over to the homes to pick up the children. As a treat, it was a ride in a sports car and the children was utterly excited about it!

After getting the children strapped into the 5 volunteer sports cars that showed up, we then proceed on to Sunway Pyramid. It was a leisurely drive as there isn’t much traffic on a Sunday morning. For once, there’s practically no traffic at all heading towards the shopping mall! We parked our vehicles nearest to the entrance and proceed on to TGV Cinemas’ Function Hall. (more…)

Portrait of RedFM Late Night Love songs Deejays: Linora Low & Mynn Lee

If you Tune in to the 104.9 every Sunday to Friday, you’d hear the RedFM Late Night Love Songs hosted by these two weird little creature that pumps out all those soppy songs to your speakers and give out goodies every now and then. You can call them the Red Leprechauns but I prefer to call them my friends.

The two I’m talking about is Linora Low and Mynn Lee. Two of the noisiest people I’ve ever known, once you get them started, they won’t stop even if the Tsunami is striking the Klang Valley. (more…)
