dSLR TimeLapse @ Kota Damansara Lake
Recently hung out at the Kota Damansara lake to chillax and decide to do a timelapse using my dSLR. Here’s the result.
What do you think? Gonna try to make a few more at other locations.
Timelapse: Sepang – Kota Damansara
Yes, I’ve been truly enjoying my new toy. Didn’t expect to be having so much fun with it but heck, I am! Here’s another time lapse that I did using the ContourGPS traveling from Sepang to Kota Damansara.
The captured photos was done at 1frame per 3seconds and then later put together into a video that you see above. What do you think?
Enfiniti Academy Sneak Preview
Long long time ago, in an age long forgotten (by me). My friends and I used to enjoy getting involved in plays, be it the script writing part, the acting part or even the marketing part (OK Fine! None of us like to do any of the marketing part). But we never really have a place where we can learn all these. We teach ourselves as we go along, some of us having worked in TV Productions input what we can to move the production along. This happened both in school and also while I was in college. It’s the school of hard knocks but we get to appreciate the fruit of our labor. But what if there’s a place where you can learn all these? Isn’t it much better?

I’m sure by now, a lot of you know who Enfiniti is, they are the people behind the successful Puteri Gunung Ledang the Musical, P. Ramlee the Musical and the most recently ended West End Stars in Concert just to name a few. Tiara Jacquelina, through her experience working in this industry decide to take Enfiniti one step further by also now opening up an academy. The Enfiniti Academy of Musical Theatre and Entertainment Arts or ENACT to be exact. Yup, finally a place where young people who has an interest in stage performance or acting in general get to learn in a more structured manner all those things necessary to become a star or rather, to be a professional in the area of acting, dancing or producing a stage play/musical. Evelyn Ch’ng kicked off the show by giving a small speech sharing what the boutique is all about especially for the guests visiting the place for the first time before Nila step up to explain about her concept behind the Spring/Summer Collection.

The Latin styled fashion that Nila brings into the Malaysian fashion industry as the core idea she put into the design works around comfort, stylish and dance. Yes, dance as the dresses she designed is also worn by latin social dancers on a regular basis and the way the dress is designed made it look beautiful and fluid on the dance floor. (more…)
Restaurant Damansara Hokkien Mee @ Damansara Uptown
Being a Chinese based in Malaysia, one of the best noodle meal we get to eat is the famous Hokkien Mee and the Cantonese Fried Noodle (Wat Tan Hor) and one of the more popular restaurant that sells it is located in Damansara Uptown. Simply known as the Restoran Damansara Hokkien Mee.

The owner is a young chap who until today still prepares every single dish single handedly but I’m not sure who’s operating the new outlet in Kota Damansara. I’ve yet to give that place a try myself even though I’ve patronize the one in Uptown a lot. (more…)
