Of Friends & Gatherings & Dancing

Sometimes, the simplest things in life makes our days just nice and bright. It’s been a long week for me with plans and other things to sort out and complete that I thought would just continue til the weekend. Then a message on Facebook and a call came that brings a smile to my face.

A friend decide to just have a little get-together at her place with food and a small space for us to do a bit of dancing before we adjourn to Paradiso and there’s a transport picking me up too! OK, for a person like me who don’t have a car. Moving a bout at distance further than my legs can bring me is just plain insane. So here we are, on a Friday night and a ride swung by to pick me up. Nuffnang SG Gathering & Surprise Advance B’day Celebration

The Venue

20th September – with 5 Malaysian and 1 1/2 Malaysian, it was a small gathering of Malaysian Nuffnang bloggers in Singapore, well… not really. There was 15 of us that night so you can do the maths and know how many Singaporean Bloggers are there too. The youngest ones being 14 years young. I remember at that age, my mummy would have told me to stay home at night and don’t go out late. LOL

Anyway, it was fantastic to meet up with these bloggers and they even have a surprise for me, a very advance one (2 weeks ahead of the actual date - OCTOBER 6). I knew something was amidst when StrippedSteph and Nuffy-Cherie was whispering away and then BossMing comes up to me and ask me whether I was my birthday. I was like… “eh….. there’s someting fishy going on here…… why Ming suddenly pop this type of question wan? When knowing well we’re here for a small gathering of bloggers from Malaysia and Singapore.” (more…)
