Guinness to host the Largest St. Patrick’s Celebration in Asia!

The word is out! Guinness marked the start of a month filled with fun, laughter and friends with the launch of it’s Guinness St. Patrick’s Celebration at Malone’s in Pavilion KL recently. With an attendance of approximately 250 guests including members of the media, trade partners and Guest of Honour, Shane Stevens, Deputy Head of Mission from the Embassy of Ireland, it was all fun and laughter from the word GO!

For the 6th year running, Malaysia will be looking at 2012 to host the largest Guinness St. Patrick’s Celebration in Asia! “Guinness and St. Patrick’s Day have always gone hand-in-hand as globally-recognized icons of Ireland. As this is the 6th year, we are hosting this internationally renowned celebration, consumer can expect an even grander and more remarkable St. Patrick’s experience.” said Ms. Yap Swee Leng, Marketing Director of GAB, at the launch party. Kicking off 2012 with a bang, Hennessy will be launching an all new platinum bottle simply known as the Hennessy v.s.o.p Privilege Collection NYX . Now what does NyX mean? It simply means goddess of nights & dreams. Quite an apt title for a Hennessy bottle since we ARE the night!

Hennessy Artistry 2011 – Are You Ready?

Party people rejoice! With the Black Circuit Lounge over, you must be thinking what else is there to do? Well, have no fear for Hennessy Artistry is here! The 2011 edition is starting soon and the first one is gonna be at Voodoo @ Upper Penang Road on the 28th of April and at Opera @ Sunway Pyramid on the 30th April. Wonder if I’d get the chance to go for both but then that’s just asking too much right?

Do you remember the last big one that was held at MINE’s Convention Centre? Did you enjoy yourself in that one? I wonder if this year’s going to be an explosive one to top all those that happened in 2010. A little bottle of Hennessy whispered to me over the weekend and said that this year’s going to be much more fun, with a brand new logo, a new Facebook page and a new interactive Hennessy Mixing Zone, it’s going to be fun fun fun! The Johnnie Walker Black Circuit Lounge 2011 @ Le Marquee, the party of the Malaysian GP Formula 1 Weekend was held on the Saturday night before the race day at Palace of the Golden Horses. An invited guests only party, the music got thumbing and grooving from 8pm onwards even though the doors only opened to the party people from 8.30pm.

Will not state much about the event except that if you were not at the party, you missed out on an awesome night of Johnnie Walker, Music and fantastic company all around.
