watched The Adventures of Tin Tin
Alot of people grew up reading the adventures of Tin Tin as well as caught the cartoons that used to be on TV, that was many many years ago. I asked some of the younger friends whether they know who is Tin Tin and the blank look says it all. With Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson, what better way to bring Tin Tin, Snowy and Captain Haddock to the big screen and introduce the new generation of movie goers to them. Right?
The Plot
Based on the internationally beloved and irrepressible characters created by Hergé, the story follows the unquenchably curious young reporter Tintin (Jamie Bell) and his fiercely loyal dog Snowy as they discover a model ship carrying an explosive secret. Drawn into a centuries-old mystery, Tintin finds himself in the sightlines of Ivan Ivanovitch Sakharine (Daniel Craig), a diabolical villain who believes Tintin has stolen a priceless treasure tied to dastardly pirate named Red Rackham. But with the help of his dog Snowy, the salty, cantankerous Captain Haddock (Andy Serkis) and the bumbling detectives Thompson & Thomson (Simon Pegg and Nick Frost), Tintin will travel half the world, outwitting and outrunning his enemies in a breathless chase to find the final resting place of The Unicorn, a shipwreck that may hold the key to vast fortune . . . and a ancient curse. The Plot
A spaceship arrives in Arizona, 1873, to take over the Earth, starting with the Wild West region. A posse of cowboys and natives are all that stand in their way. A stranger with no memory of his past stumbles into the hard desert town of Absolution. The only hint to his history is a mysterious shackle that encircles one wrist. It’s been awhile since I’ve been waiting for this installment of the 007 franchise, the 2nd with Daniel Craig taking the role of James Bond. Sometimes, do get jealous about James Bond too cause he get all those cool suits and all those hot babes.
I do hope I get the tickets to go catch this excellent movie. And hopefully, I could say Thanks to GoMobile for this movie.
