Spain – EURO 2008 Champions!
Y Viva Espana!

That’s the sound that rings out across Spain as Spain defy the odds and beat Germany by a Goal thanks to Fernando Torres.

I guess with that goal, his value has just gone up by 200% if his club intends to sell him.

Freaky, myself and StrippedSteph watched the game at Kayu in Kota Damansara as I was craving for their roti tissue. Anyway, In a match that had everything (except the odd red card) from great moves to individual brilliance, from celebrations to tears, Spain might have ended their 44 year old trophy drought leaving Germany to lament how-close-but-still-so-far yet again, but at the end of the day the spectacle gifted during the Euro 2008 final between Spain and Germany at the Ernst Happel stadium in Vienna on Sunday night was a massive treat.

The match was exciting and there were many exciting shots made by both the German side and the Spanish side. Despite the Spanish team looking sluggish in the first 10minutes, they lite up the atmostphere by countering 2 of Germany’s earlier attempt with a few attempts of their own resulting in one goal by Fernando Torres.

Here’s some sights from EURO2008.com for those of you who missed the game.

The roads was awefully quiet today, not much congestions. ….
So… How many of you call in sick today as you couldn’t get up for work?
