He’s funky, he’s suave, he’s Reshmonu and he’s back bigger than ever this time with the release of his first Malay album ‘Harapan’. While his third Malaysian English album titled “Superfine” couldn’t be more successful, ‘Harapan’ is the ideal addition to his lineup of music and promises to deliver without a compromise. The
debut full length Malay album is exclusively on sale on his official record label R Records available at www.rrecords.net . For more information on Reshmonu & his new album, you can also log in to reshmonu.com.

‘Harapan’ consists of twelve tracks with a various mixture of Samba, Latin and many more interesting afro-latin themes. The album also features collaborations with homegrown names such as Noryn Aziz, Hunny Madu, Caprice, Adeep from Fabulous Cats and Mawar Berduri from Ahli Fiqir.

The first single off the track, ‘Oh Anok-Anok’ has recently gained rotation on all radio stations and is backed up by Reshmonu’s 3rd self-directed music video featuring the many facets of children. While the talented artist has a number of musical projects on the way, for now the multi-AIM (Anugerah Industri Musik) awards winner has been busy setting up his very own video production house called ‘Shpice Pictures’ which provides an opportunity and caters to artistes/musicians/agencies who need video production services. “Shugar and Shpice and all thing Shnice”

To add on, Reshmonu has also set up a commercial recording studio called ‘Shugar’ and R Talents, a talent management company which is currently managing himself as well as artists’ such as SilentScream, Altimet, and Elvira. An interesting journey and the ride of a lifetime, the fun doesn’t stop here as he will be launching his Indian album in March in Bombay under Universal India, so stay tuned for more updates and music in progress!
