Mercedes McLaren F1 Drivers
The whole week, the whole of Singapore was abuzz with F1 activities from the driver meet the fans session to media interviews. One of the team that was busy going all over town attending such functions was the McLaren F1 team. I’m no McLaren fan but who would reject opportunities to meet these drivers face to face right?
The McLaren trip started with Heikki Kovalainen at the Changi Airport for the Johnny Walker function where he met the fans, tell them don’t drink and drive, show everyone how he drives on the racing Simulation before he got ushered off in a hurry by his minders.
Then it was a one on one interview with Lewis Hamilton, what the interview is all about? Can’t really post it up here as it’s specially done for the TV Viewers. So catch the Pre-Race shows if you don’t want to miss anything.
Here’s one thing I can say is, the interview was done with Lewis Hamilton appearing with Jenson Button. Everyone knows it’s all about the rivalry of the two British drivers. One being the 2008 Champion and the other is the current points leader. All questions asked by the media was all about the two drivers, their rivalries, race strategies and so on and so forth. All until one hand raised up wanting to ask a question.
All of the other media in the main Press Party room looked over and saw this lady from Razor TV got up, grab a mic and asked “Jenson, Lewis, how would you rate each other if you two are dating each other?”… -_-|| WTF! I’m not sure if the question is a cute question/stupid question/ or she have no clues what is happening but decide to ask a question to see what happens next. The silence that followed felt like it lasted for hours with the emcee asking her to ask a proper or valid question instead of that yet she repeat that question again. Sigh… All I can say from that is, if she wants to interview anyone, I think she needs to do some research first before firing away questions hoping that something will come out of it.

@Ying Zi: Yah man, already see that she’s a bit of a …. um… at Nico Rosberg interview, now see her doing asking that question. 100% confirmed either she don’t bother doing her research before asking question or her Hard Disk Drive is blank.
