Macaroni Soup

A few days back, with work piling up, I decide not to go out for breakfast but instead, cook us something simple for brunch so that I could just stay in and finish up my work. So I decided on Macaroni, unlike the italian style where you have cheese and all that. I’m keeping mine simple.

My Ingredients:

  • 1 Bowl of Macaroni (I used a large soup bowl)
  • a fistful of anchovy
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • 1 onion
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast or other replacement
  • half a pot of water

How it was prepared?

Firstly, bowl the water before putting in the anchovy and the chicken breast or in my case here, I used 2 pieces of hot dogs diced to cube size. Add in the onion next along with the cube of chicken stock. Allow the water to shimmer before adding in the bowl of macaroni.

Like I mentioned earlier, depending on the amount of macaroni you put in, like I place in 1 bowl and as the macaroni cooks, it’ll fill up and you could actually feed 2 person with it. Allow the macaroni to boil for a good 5minutes or so or until it’s at the texture you like before turning off the fire.

Serve and eat. It’s a simple dish to prepare without much preparation. What do you think? Looks good?
