Food from the Nuffnang Asia-Pacific Blog Awards

For those of you who didn’t go for the NAPBA, you must be wondering what type of food we had. Whether Nuffnang only fed us Pringles the whole night or there’s other type of food. Well, guess no more. Here’s what we ate. We started off with some plain water and a piece of bread per person.

About 30min into the event, Marinated Smoked Tuna with Feta, Herb Salad and Balsamic Olive Oil was served.

The tuna was followed by a bowl of Light Cream of Asparagus and Green Peas topped with a Chive Mousseline.

Rosemary Marinated Chicken Breast with Saffron Cheesy Mash Potato and Balsamic Reduction Mediterranean Vegetable in Mango Coriander Salsa Sauce was next.

Only thing I find disappointing in this whole thing is there’s no ALCOHOL! WTF. Only way to solve the issue? StrippedSteph, ShaolinTiger, KimberlyCun, Eyeris and xescx went over to Brewerkz for our fix. Even though she wasn’t there with us, we still thought of her, who am I talking about? Suanie of course as attest to the tweets we all send out to her while we were getting our belly field with alcohol. LOL These is what we drank or rather, tried. Majority of it was downed by ShaolinTiger and Xescx while I’m quite contented with my Stout.
