Curry Chicken & Alcoholic Monkey

I decided to make curry chicken for dinner yesterday and to keep it simple, decide to use the pre-packed version.

So what I had was a Pre-packed curry paste, half chicken, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 small bottle of santan milk and water along with the usual spices like cinamon sticks and so forth

Started with putting in some oil into the pot, heat it up and then cook the spices a tad bit to bring the taste out, place the curry paste into the pot and stir for 30seconds. Drop in the Potatoes and chickens + onions into the pot and stir fry for a good 3minute. As the meat, potato and spices start to give you that great curry flavored smell. In goes the santan milk and about half a cup of water. Turn the flame high til it boils and then turn the fire down low and allow it to simmer for a good 30minutes. Occasionally stir the curry chicken so that it won’t stick into the pot.

Served when you want to eat. Simple right?

On a lighter note, check out this alcoholics monkeying around.
