Week 8 at Body Express Subang Avenue

8 weeks gone by just like that and there’s just 2 more weeks to go for my 10 weeks transformation program with Leonardo Azevedo, yes, there’s progress to the amount of weight I’ve shed and I’ve also had people coming up to me to say that they could see I’ve slimmed down a lot and putting on muscles which just makes me more motivated to do better. The last week and this week was a more focused 2 weeks as we were focusing on 2 different area of my body to work on each day. The normal routine would be Triceps and Chest, Biceps and Back, and then it’s Legs and Shoulders.

For the 2 weeks, I was quite happy with my own progress as I increased the weight limit for each time I work on each sets but I wasn’t quite that happy when it comes to the losing weight part of the program, maybe I’m eating wrong or maybe I’m not pushing more than I’m supposed to but the weight drop has been little since the start of week 7 compared to the dramatic drop of weights I experience between Week 1 and Week 6. Russell Peters Notorious World Tour 2012 – Malaysia Tickets Sold Out!

I’m sure a lot of you must have been rushing in to grab hold of the Russell Peters Notorious World Tour 2012 tickets for his showcase at Stadium Melawati on the 12th of May.

Week 4 @ Body Express

Week 4, in a blink of an eye, the 4th week of my workout at Body Express and Leonardo De Azevedo came and went. This week, in his very own customized 10 weeks transformation program, we up the ante by raising the weights where as the previous 3 weeks was focusing on building up my stamina to support the week 4′s weight increase. That means also shorter reps for each sets that I’m doing. In a way,  I was looking forward to the torture that he is imposing on me.

This week is also the week I’ve started to document the workout that I go through on my own as prior to this, he was doing all the note taking. So I decide that yes, I might not know all the terminology for each station that I am working on, but there’s no harm in learning and picking it up. Right? So this week’s posting will be slightly longer as I’ll put in a summary of the work-out that I go through on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
