Terazza Brassierie @ Sheraton Subang

Quite some time back, was invited to Terazza Brassierie @ Sheraton Subang to review their place and food, so with Charmayne tagging along, we head over to the restaurant about 7pm before being ushered in by their PR to our seat. The place was created with a Mediterranean feel with two dining options, within the air-conditioned restaurant or by the garden with an Italian setting. If you’re there for a romantic dinner, I highly recommend taking your date out by the garden area. It’s also closer to the barbeque area too if you’re there for the buffet dinners.

The Chef came by and introduced us to the first dish, the Lamb Shank, this dish was cooked perfectly tender accompanied by Mashed potatoes and callenani beans in cream sauce.

The next dish served was the Nasi Briyani, full flavored with bursting with aroma of spices, I was told that this is the crowd favorite as 8 out of 10 customers that goes to the restaurant for the ala carte menu would order it. The chicken that was served with the rice complimented the dish perfectly with its huge portion that can fill up a person’s stomach by itself.

The other dish I would fully recommend was the grilled salmon and tiger prawn dish, nicely done, without being over done with a nice balsamic reduction sauce and mushroom ragout. The salmon’s quite fresh and as I said, nicely done. The tiger prawn was huge and I told the chef that they shouldn’t tease customers with just 1 tiger prawn only. I know I’m just being greedy but hey, the dish was fantastic.
